  • Engineering Clerk – The Engineering Clerk will provide support to the Applications and Engineering departments. Scan Legacy drawings and enter information into Fourth Shift; Sheet Metal piece parts, Piping, Cost ITMC, Add costs to older parts if needed, Production Planners, Enter Cost and standards for assemblies and Enter new parts and update description of existing parts. Deliver PCN and TDR Documents Pull PDF Drawings to drop box for outside vendors when necessary
    • High School diploma or GED is required.
    • Minimum of 2 years previous job experience providing administrative support
    • Demonstrates ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
    • Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer Service – Responsible for processing customer orders, calculates pricing, create and email ship date acknowledgments, prepares packing list for shipment, create freight quotes. Responds to customer requests and/or concerns, which may include billing and product inquiry.
    • Associates Degree or 3-5 Years Customer Service Job Experience in Office Environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Computer skills – Word, Excel
    • Good communication skills
    • Good organizational skills
    • Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of the organization
  • Marketing Coordinator/Customer Service Support – To Provide support for Senior-Level Staff, including coordinating projects and processes in support of research, analysis and advertising material development, website content and assistance in organization of product shows. Provide required sales analysis and data reporting. Coordinate On/Off-site Rep, Customer & Technical Service Meetings/Trainings; including creating materials, room setup, food, beverage and consumable requirements. Provide order entry and follow through for ACS Team when required.
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
    • Good Computer Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suites
    • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to Speak Effectively to Customer and Employees
    • Good Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills

  • Fabrication Supervisor – Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the department to meet or succeed company overall business objectives. The supervisor is responsible for meeting production schedules, productivity, quality, safety and scrap goals. Will provide leadership in best practices and methodologies to effectively and safely facilitate efficient work completion.
    • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
    • 2 to 4 years college education preferred.
    • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of prior supervisory experience.
    • Fabrication, Sheet Metal, Brake Press and Laser Operation experience is required.
    • Good leadership and teambuilding skills.

The following positions are eligible for up to a $1000 sign on bonus

  • Assembly / Finishing Associate – Responsible for general assembly for Production Line includes all phases of the production of commercial HVAC products from the initial assembly at the head of the line to final assembly and packaging in the finishing department following all company safety procedures.
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
    • Prior mechanical assembly experience, minimum of 6 months.
    • Prior experience using various hand tools, air tools, as well as measuring tools.
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to lift over 40 pounds.
  • Line Wiring – Prepares and connect wiring in parts and in units.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
    • Ability to understand drawings and specifications.
    • Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in units of measure.
    • Ability to distinguish colors
  • Line Piping – Creates the piping layout and then assembles the pipes in the units.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
    • Prior piping experience is preferred.
    • Ability to design piping schematic.
    • Proficient in use of measuring tools, drills, and saws.
    • Good basic math skills
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Shipping / Warehouse Clerk – Perform a variety of clerical duties in support of shipping and receiving: to package parts, build crates as needed for larger components and to perform a variety of duties relative to assigned area of responsibility and any other duties that may be assigned by the Director of Customer Experience and Inventory Control Manager.
    • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Inventory / Cycle Count – Responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory.
    • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
    • Prior cycle count/inventory experience preferred, minimum of 6 months
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
    • Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Research), previous Fourth shift or ERP system preferred.
    • Excellent basic math skills.
